Terada Misako “Trilogy”db×YDC Co-production

Trained as a ballet dancer in childhood before crossing into the discipline of contemporary dance, Terada Misako’s creation expresses the “sharing” of her own body with other people.
The trilogy is a co-production with Jung Young Doo, Tsukahara Yuya, and Marcelo Evelin, three choreographers of different generations, backgrounds, and careers in dancing.

NPO DANCE BOX
Terada formed Sanbu-saku in 1996 to provide a creative environment for choreographers and dancers in contemporary dance. It was incorporated a non-profit organization in 2002 and operated at Art Theater dB until 2007. The group moved to Shinnagata in 2009 and opened Art Theater db Kobe as its base, where it develops dance-centered programs, with almost all performances the result of the artist-in-reisdence program at Shinnagata.
