Workshop "Finding Freedom in Movement"

Led by WETTRIBUTE’s choreographer and dancer Andrea Pérez and dancer Abian Hernández, this workshop invites participants to explore movement through the practices they have developed from Pilates, Yoga, and Contemporary Dance — disciplines in which they have specialized.
The session will begin with accessible introductions to fundamental body techniques, allowing participants to reconnect with the essentials that support awareness and ease in movement.
In the second part, during the improvisation session, the instructors will gently guide each participant with personalized improvisation tools to help them discover their own sense of freedom and expression. We hope for everyone to find joy in effort, pleasure in the unknown, and unity in freedom.
